The bathtub was dirty and unusable with liquid in the tub. The counter of kitchenette was not cleaned. The guests above us were stomping and taking until 4 am and started again at 6 am. Attempted to call the front desk and after hours number 3x with no response.

The room was very dirty bathroom had a piece of sheet rock missing, which is very unsanitary and very disgusting and on top of that it was very dusty. The room was not clean at all. It was disgusting. Poor customer service. Very old-fashioned not put together yeah take your money elsewhere.

Had my dinner delivered and was stolen from outside my door. Outlets didn’t work. Room was dirty. Bed was uncomfortable and probably older than I am. Hallways stunk like weed and cigarettes.

This property was one of the worst hotels my husband and I have ever stayed in. The smell of smoke and uncleanliness hung in the air for the entirety of our stay. The smoke detector in our room had a plastic bag wrapped around it...thankfully we noticed this and removed it. Bedding was stained and dirt was found in the bed itself. Hair left in the shower and just a general lack of cleanliness within the room. Save your money (and anxiety over bringing home bedbugs!) and stay elsewhere!

None of the stated kitchen supplies were in the kitchen. One needs to ask for each item. Coffee maker not available. Toaster wasn't cleaned of crumbs. I brought some of my own kitchen supplies so not sure if any other items wouldn't have been available and if they were in what condition. Stairway not swept of bottles and wrappers entire week. I could see that the floor was not mopped by the underside of my slipper socks after first evening. A large area of melted wax was dribbled onto front of bureau. Top of fridge needed to be cleaned of dust before placing items there. Inside bottom of kitchen trash can, hidden under the plastic bag, was sticky with pieces of food and smelled slightly of cigarettes, the odor I was greeted with upon each days arrival, thinking the smell entered through the vent system.
