I liked the space, cleanliness and friendliness of the hotel and the people. I forgot my tooth brush and hotel gave me a spare free of charge. Breakfast was good too.

We needed somewhere to put our heads for the night and this location was perfect for us. Breakfast was decent enough and Asda right over the road to grab lunch and snacks for the day. Also a Maccas in the Asda if needed.

This was our third visit to Norwich and we stayed in Holiday Inn Express again. Great location for us. Service is good as usual. Breakfast had limited choice compared to other Holiday Inns (veggie sausages not great!) Our room was on the side near to David Lloyd’s which didn’t bother us until they played very loud music at 9am disturbing our sleep! If staying again I will request a room on the other side.

Room nice size & clean. But from about 6am, we could hear bassy music presuming from the gym next door. Outside of property was a mess, the bin was over flowing & cigerette buts all over. Not a welcoming sight. The disabled spot was taken by someone without/not displaying blue badge

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Norwich and had a fantastic experience! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! The variety of options was great, and everything was freshly prepared. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Norwich. Overall, a great stay with excellent value for money. Absolutely recommend this for short stay"
