They said they’re going to refund some of my money but I have to contact you so you can put it back on my credit card. They said they called you guys and I should be all set. So you can credit my credit card back due to the bathroom toilet was not working. We had to use the main lobby which we were on the third floor had to go down to the first floor in the middle of the night.

Staff was wonderful. Room smelled of cover up old cigarette stench. But to be expected, being nearby the casino. Bathroom floors could use a good scrubbing. Sheets were clean but the mattresses seemed old and stained underneath. We just needed a place to lay our heads for one night, and it was good for just that. The orange water in the lobby upon checkout was great
