La Joya Amatista - Walk to Beach

You'll enter the casita into a spacious living area from the second story balcony. The kitchen is a travelling chef's dream, fully equipped and with an island. Just beyond the living area the full bathroom and sleeping area with a king bed and a washer/dryer. The house is equipped with A/C, fans, and high speed internet with redundancy and UPS for your work away from home needs.

The private balcony has a dining table with seating for 4 and a couch that provides a comfortable place to relax outdoors.

The shared rancho has an outdoor kitchen, dining table and lounge chairs. Perfect for relaxing by the pool or sharing a meal.

JUNGLE LIFE
We live in the jungle and all kinds of wildlife can enter your casita, mostly insects. Please know this is part of life in our special slice of Paradise. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).

ABOUT NOSARA INFRASTRUCTURE
While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience power, water and internet outages at some point during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. All of these outages are beyond the control of the homeowner and the management company and may come without advance notice. If having internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend you research internet data plans available from your cellular provider.

WATER
During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs.

REFUNDS
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.

INSURANCE
We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from travelling or fulfilling Rental terms.

As a guest of La Joya Amatista - Walk to Beach, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
