The room was a little run down. Shabby wooden furniture. The Bathroom needed a good clean especially around the flooring near the bath! Repairs had been made to the tiles which looked scruffy. If you were over 5ft 6in it was hard to stand under the shower. The bed was extra large and very comfortable. Great location to town, hospital and uni. Staff all very friendly.

Best option close to Jubilee Campus

Great option if you need to be close to University of Nottingham Jubilee Campus. Plenty of parking space right in front of the hotel, kind and welcoming front desk staff. Clean and well kept hotel. Flexipass key system is a good idea in theory but terrible in practice. We were styaing two people in a double room, but the system allows only one key, which was a major inconvenience. We had to get physical keys in the end. Also, the NFC for Flexipass is generally hit or miss. It may work at other places or rooms, but it was erratic for our room. Apart from this, there was a strange smell in the room, which I think was coming from the carpet. We had two rooms and only one had this problem, so I think it was an isolated case, but still...

Overnight stay

The room was spotless with nice big towels and comfortable beds. Checked in online but never received the code to use FLEXIPASS which caused some confusion at reception when we arrived but otherwise it was a good stay, we had everything we needed and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Dont' Take Your Dog unless you are very Rich!!

Fair priced hotel, beware tho they nabbed me for £30 on arrival for a very small dog just to sleep over. They don't advertise £30 for a dog unless I'm blind, naughty as location of hotel is very good! No one likes nasty surprises!! Change your advertising Jubilee please!!

Great night’s sleep good breakfast!

Love this hotel and the sister hotel the orchard. Super efficient welcoming, rooms are comfort the beds are the best always get great sleep here when we come for competitions at university if Nottingham. Breakfast good spresd, coffee could be better but nothing else to complain. My group hotels are my go to in Nottingham
