It was a comfortable and reasonable stay apart from the room not having a fridge, which was surprising to me, particularly as it was a superior room. This was compounded by the TV stations being limited due to a technical reason, that was addressed the next day once informed staff.

I left a brand new gift in the property. I realised later, after we checked out and went back and reported it. The staff were rude and said its not their duty of care if I left anything behind and the room has now being cleared out. The gift remains missing.

One of their greatest assets, I think, is their staff—very friendly and helpful people. The hotel is well connected to Nottingham's transport hub and is within the city centre, which is very convenient too.

The staff were good as usual, just the room was not serviced which was a little disappointing. Apart from that all was good. Will come back!

Right beside the train station. It was busy but the service was quick and friendly. Rooms were nice and clean, with comfy beds.
