We had a lovely stay. Didn't use all facilities but would be happy to return. Only constructive feed back we would give, is that the flooring in the restaurant looked rather tired and shabby. Let the room down and needs replacing.There was a nasty rip in the flooring in one of the lifts which was a trip hazard. Staff were all very friendly and our room was lovely too. The staff made the property worth staying in. The manager and man at the front desk were both fantastic, going out of their way to make my stay better. The actual property was not amazing, small and a bit tired. The jacuzzi was out of order which was disappointing. The bathrooms and showers were fantastic though - new and modern with the best rain shower ever.

Excellent facilities .Felt very at home here especially as I was on my own in the hotel. Relaxing area around the Bar which was great to relax with friends & family. Great Breakfast & a good choice on the menu for supper. I would certainly come back to hotel & advise friends to stay if in Nottingham.

Not a relaxing couples break at all

Wasnt informed prior or during check in that jaccuzi wasnt working. We planned our time accordingly only to find it was broken. No acknowledgement or even a free drink to make up for it. The pool area wasnt clean and bo relaxing atmosphere and no staff managing unruly guests diving into pool

Friendly helpful reception staff. Liked the late check out (12 noon). Room compact but comfortable and had everything we needed. Dining area and bar was bright and cheerful. Buffet breakfast was very good. Hotel has large car park but payment is required.

The hotel is good for a weekend stay, i have booked again for next year. Some of the decor is a little tired, and getting food from the bar was a bit slow, but the breakfast was good, the room clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Just watch out for the shower tray, some of them dont drain properly and risk overflowing into the bathroom.
