Breakfast buffet was great, restocked regularly, and we were seated quickly. We had dinner there on our second day, and the pork steak was the best Ive had, as was the chocolate sundae. The swimming facilities are clean and well lit, and aside from the discomfort of a random man watching me from the sauna the entire time my friend and I were there, it was a pleasant experience. We ended up leaving the pool because of the creeper and didn't go back. Luckily changing rooms are separated by gender so we didn't run into him again. Rooms are clean and comfy, the bar service is fast and staff are all friendly and have a smile on their faces. This will be our go to stay whenever we're in the area, even after the pool creeper incident

Really disappointing stay. I was expecting a good night’s sleep, but the room was noisy due to constant traffic from the street outside. Cars passing by throughout the night made it impossible to sleep properly. I was woken at around 4 a.m. and couldn’t get back to sleep at all. I asked the night staff for earplugs, but they didn’t have any available and it was not possible for me to change the room, because there was no receptionist. I felt there was no adequate support for the guest. This lack of service is unworthy of a supposedly “4 Star” hotel. If rooms are affected by this level of noise, this should be clearly stated in the hotel information, so guests can make an informed decision. After checking other people reviews, I realised noise from the street is a significant problem in this hotel. I would strongly advise light sleepers to avoid staying here, at least not the room with the street view.

Room was very clean nice comfortable bed. Was extremely warm. Only one pack of biscuits though. Would have given a higher mark but the swimming pool was cold and the sauna wasn't very hot
