Very clean and tidy, modern and very nice furnishings. Beds and linens very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Would have like few more toiletries eg conditioner, body lotion, tissues. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay, room was lovely and clean, however does have a lack of towel and toiletry hanging/storage whilst in bathroom. Staff pleasant and welcoming. Would stay again.

The property was bright, clean, fresh and the junior suite we had was very roomy. Staff friendly and very helpful and the spa area was fantastic. All in all it was a 5 star stay for us. Well done Beeches

Externally smart with on site parking. Staff all pleasant & professional. Didn’t use the gym so cannot comment. The stairs/hallways to the bedrooms were cold, old tatty carpets and walls needed redecorating lots of marks. Room 1 at the front was cold & lots of road noise, old stained furniture v shabby & marked. Asked to be moved to back of hotel which was done quickly & without issue. Again a cold room but found the heater sufficient once I asked how it works - the lights need to be switched on! Identical badly marked furniture but new contract carpet office style in this room. Phone did not work so had to go to restaurant to order my evening meal. Staff & food excellent. Breakfast was served till 10am, unfortunately when I arrived at 9:45 the hot buffet had been cleared away with only juices & toast. I ordered quickly from the menu and it arrived very promptly & freshly cooked. No complaints v enjoyable. Wouldn’t stay again but would use the restaurant if in Nottingham again.

Thanks for staying with us. We appreciate your feedback. We are currently having a refurbishment of our Standard Plus rooms and Suites which will bring them up to date. This should address the issues you raised in regards to the rooms. With regards to Breakfast, we are happy to hear you enjoyed your freshly cooked breakfast. If there are only a few remaining guests to come for breakfast, we normally clear the hot buffet and serve to order, so everyone has the opportunity to enjoy a hot and tasty breakfast.
