Charming new house located just 100m from the sea with heated pool. The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful village of Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island of Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.


The space
The house consists of two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with 2 single beds that can easily be turned into the king size bed (in case of the 5th guest one of the single beds turns into the king size bed) . There is also a bathroom, toilet and living space with a comfortable kitchen. In the exterior you can enjoy couple of terraces, summer kitchen, outdoor shower, nice Mediterranean garden and 45m2 heated private pool. In front of the house there is a parking lot for 2 cars.

The nearest small shop is 5km away and it is in the village of Jakišnica, while the bigger stores, cafes and different kind of restaurants are located in the town of Novalja and are 10km away.
