I was in this resort few times ,staff were were polite ,helpful,friendly.But unfortunately hotel changed and not for better.Food was always very good.This time it was really mediocre or worse.Area around the pool with a lot of dirty plastic glasses.I would never go back

Everything was great, excellent, the staff was friendly, helpful , amusing,and funny. They're all willing to help any time, with a smile 😃 The food was great, delicious, plenty to choose from the buffet and restaurants,the bars and drinks also amazing !!! The entertainment team was talented, they were amazing, they work hard to present a wonderful show every night!!! The housekeepers were amazing as well, they kept my room and needs met , the hotel was pretty clean everywhere 👌 😊 I can't wait to come back !!!

We did not experience the spa. The resort is adults-only so Kid-friendly was not a concern. Pool was great, lots of chairs, nice beach and access. Beautiful, well-maintained property.

Fantastic experience here during our honeymoon. Room service was inconsistent and leaving things at the door when the do not disturb sign was hung was not an option for them. Besides that it was grand. Having an in house water filter system would sure cut down on all the plastic bottles used.

Amazing vacation getaway with a relaxing but happy vibe with lots to see and do. If you’re in the fence about the “elite club” experience and you can afford it, DO IT. The elite treatment was well worth the upgrade for me. I stayed in a 5th floor oceanfront corner suite with a wraparound balcony and it was fantastic. I will miss these Mexican ocean sunsets, but I will be back!

I really enjoyed my stay the front desk staff was extremely helpful. I wish I could remember their names. The food staff Monica and Caleb were so friendly and Joy at customer service desk. Everyone gave me such warm welcome home away from home and clean staff was excellent as well.

The resort is clean and staff is friendly and attentive. However, the restaurant hours are not convenient. Most are from 6pm-9:30pm. The room service menu is very very limited; you have to be an elite club member to get a cheeseburger delivered to your room?

The food was so good! And that's really what you want in an all inclusive resort. Many food options with different themes in the buffet as well. The resort was also beautiful and the staff was amazing!

Disappointed that the Expedia rating led me astray when it came to this property/destination package. Starting off with the good: -The grounds and interior decoration are beautiful; restaurant aesthetic was very nice -The grounds were kept clean, bathrooms were immaculate -Service was friendly. My interactions from bellhop, to front desk to servers were all very pleasant. The food was average, dry, overcooked, and salty— will say the fish from SteakHouse and Krystal were good, but that’s it. Desserts were underwhelming, overly dense, and left a lot to be desired. Multiple restaurants yet still had limited dining options because a majority are only open for dinner. Crowd is 60+, so if you’re looking for fun groups/exciting nightlife don’t expect it here. Their late night activities echo through the courtyard, so it’ll be loud until 11pm. Spa facilities were lacking and subpar. Jacuzzis were lukewarm. Pools were all super warm. Not very refreshing in mid-80s. Drinks were watered down (as expected), but disappointed how they couldn’t do a decent smoothies or blended drink, alcoholic or non. It lacked that creamy smoothie consistently and was more like a slushie. NOTE (but don’t hold against the property): - you will get destroyed by mosquitos if you lay poolside/ dine al fresca - Sept 2025: construction on a new highway on the route means what is typically a 20 min drive from property to airport took up to a hour on our arrival. Would not come back.

Staff was amazing! Super kind and attentive. The rooms were a little loud. If you’re not hearing noise outside, you’re hearing people walking up and down the halls, or the maids cleaning. You can get the people in the rooms next to you and above you.
