A little far away from puerta Vallarta. It is in Nuevo Vallarta which is up and coming but far away from town. However they are very accommodating with taxis and the rest of our stay was amazing.

The staff were very pleasant and cheerful. Always available to help and provided consistent attentive service. The hotel grounds were meticulous and the lobby, hallways and seating areas were always clean!

Loved the hotel, the staff was really nice at all times, food was good . The sports bar was 24 hours which i find it amazing . Room was getting clean every day. Definitely recommend it.

Staff was great, super clean all around, room service was horrible!! It shouldn’t be offered if there is going to be no effort put into it. Ordered a sandwich and got bread with the pit ends of tomato no deli meat and a sad piece of warm cheese. Wouldn’t return.

This is a beautiful resort. All of the restaurant choices were excellent. Pools were clean, beautiful lobby. This was a nice, quiet, relaxing type of vive.
