The resort was very nice, very big, and had lots of fun activities throughout our stay. We had lots of fun and loved going to dinner in each of the restaurants. Kyoto and the italian ones were our favorites, although the spaghetti was sooooooo salty, I couldnt eat it. All in all, we loved staying here, but did have a couple other complaints about some random issues. The pools all close at 7pm, which we all thought was way too early. They even kicked us all out if we were still drinking or swimming in there at 7, which sucked. I would have loved to go swimming after dinner if i could, but that was not an option except in the ocean, which was very wavey, so I was not going to do that. Also, one night, my husband got a bit too drunk and was laying in bed and couldnt make it to dinner. So I went downstairs and ate and made up a plate to bring up for him. But one of the staff stopped me and said I was not allowed to bring it up. No idea why. So he had to suffer with the room service menu. The room service food menu is so small and the food is not very good. So it would have been nice to be able to get him some better food. This should have been allowed. Also, the cleaners came in to clean and did a great job everytime, however, 4 separate times, they would take something from the room that was used and not replace it. They took one of the housecoats the first day, then 1 of our glasses, then 1 of our towels, and then all our water and never refilled them. Really weird.

Great little place to getaway for a few days. Dining options were perfect, and they even offered some evening entertainment in their theater area. The pools were not overcrowded with some wonderful bartenders (especially Mini Me). My only issue is the location of restrooms while at the pool area; have to walk to the spa area and go down stairs to access the restrooms - not located near the pool. Overall, enjoyable experience.

We had an amazing time at this location—the experience was unforgettable. However, the $500 credit per room promotion was misleading. It’s not an actual credit you can freely use, which was disappointing.

The place was very nice, clean, with great food and drinks and very friendly staff. The only issue I had was the Internet service was very poor, way too slow. Other than that everything was great.

I liked this place a lot. Clean beach area and plenty of room, never felt packed. Lots of food options right by the pools which were also well taken care of and plenty of room and chairs. Buffet could use some better/more options. Restaurants on the other hand had some really amazing food. Wifi was pretty slower than snails but still always worked.

Great property!! Restaurants were all centrally located in the property and never a wait. Very clean and service was excellent!! Great bars and the evening drink cart with daily drink specials is awesome. Loved the daily coffee at the cappuccino bar (side note best desserts in the evening). Pool is clean and plenty of seating no matter what time of day. Beach is beautiful and water is very swimmable. Make sure to hit up the massage on the beach you wont regret it! Only downside to the property was the gym….very small with limited options. Best trip we’ve had at an adults only resort and already planning our next visit!!
