Not enough heat in the room, and I complained, but nothing was done about it. I was there seven days, and the rom only cleaned once, again I complained, but nothing was done about it. The woman at the breakfast was too agressive with me for my room number…a black woman. I found her rude.

Walking distance 10-15min to station and old town. There is Aldi in 3 min walking distance. Friendly staff and service. Spotless clean room. Nice hot shower with strong water pressure. Very good quality room for that price

No room cleaning services available which was a disappointment due to our 4 day stay. Shower drain was clogged and it took two days to resolve that issue. Hair dryer worked sporadically. Bathroom walls were dirty and soap dispensers empty upon check in.

Parking was not that great. You had to park at city center parking and walk. The breakfast was pretty good. The room is very small but comfortable. And there was great restaurants and walking distance

The staff were all so nice. Our room was very clean and spacious. We were treated with respect. We did not eat there but did enjoy happy hour from 5-7. The location was walking distance from the train station and to the Christmas market.

The stay is what I would have expected from Premier Inn. Room clean, breakfast excellent! There was a particularly unpleasant smell coming from the air con on a couple of occasions in two rooms to our knowledge. The TV also did not work properly. Reported but not fixed.
