Check in was appalling- we had to wait for an hour and a half as room was not ready- despite arriving at check in time. When room was finally ready there was no one available to show us to our room so we just told us to point us in the right direction as we were hot and frustrated. We had to ask various staff how to get there along the way as the place is huge. This experience was extremely disappointing as the resort is lovely and the pools are amazing. If it wasnt for the absolutely abysmal checkin in i would of eated 5 stars.

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Hyatt Bali and truly enjoyed every aspect of the resort. The property is massive, beautifully landscaped, and feels like a tropical paradise with lush gardens, lagoons, and direct beach access. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with very comfortable beds and great amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay. The staff deserve special mention—they were consistently friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile, which made our experience even more memorable. The resort offers a great variety of pools, perfect for both families and couples, and the beach area is clean and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of international and local dishes, and the restaurants on the property offered good quality food and plenty of options. The location in Nusa Dua is ideal—safe, peaceful, and close to shopping and other attractions, while still feeling secluded and relaxing. Overall, Grand Hyatt Bali exceeded our expectations. It’s a perfect choice for a relaxing vacation, whether you’re traveling as a couple or with family. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali.

Cockroaches, small lizard, flying bugs, noisy from next room between share door. Hyatt is a high end hotel company and why there is a label sticker on the flush toilet telling guests to press and hold the flushing it.👎 I just want to relaxing and enjoying my vacation.

our room was in pretty bad condition, and was separated from our group, next day room was suppose be ready by 12 but we received message at 5 in the evening (you can check) . food was also sub par with limited options for kids, will prefer hilton next time
