If you like resort city this place is for you. It’s impersonal and very expensive so if you want to experience the country and the culture then this place is not for you. The facilities are nice and the food was ok but you can do better in Seminyak or Sanur for much less expense.

I loved the pool and restaurant options. Both were varied and provided lots of choices. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING! Choices for every traveller (American, European, Asian). Pastries were exceptional as were are the food choices.

Facilities and settings are very good. Nice beach, excellent food and service. Toilet at the room had a very bad drainage smell at times. We had to make the water run few minutes to make it go away. Otherwise, well room maintained.

This property is fabulous! Large rooms with lovely Balinese decor. The resort is large with beautifully manicured grounds. So many restaurant options and very reasonable prices. They have live shows with dinner buffets several nights per week. Great food & great show. Free pool & beach chairs. The breakfast buffet is huge. All employees so sweet & kind. We are from the USA & this type of resort would cost soooo much more in the USA, Hawaii or Caribbean. Grab (like Uber) operates in Bali. Plus you can hire a driver & car for a very reasonable price.

Wonderful resort with great swimming pools and plenty of sunlounges on the beach . Staff are also great. My disappointment is that this hotel no longer serves my favourite cocktail, Bailey's Commet and the hotel only serves HALAL food , which means no Bacon at the Buffet breakfast 😪
