The property is in a convenient location to Southport and Bald Head Island. It’s a lovely unit on the second floor, which is really the third, but there’s an elevator that makes it easy. Oak Island restaurants and shops are a short ride away. Since this unit is on the west side of the island, it was very quiet during the week when we were there. The owner keeps it spotless. I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in this beautiful area.

Very clean and wonderful location

The property was very clean with updated finishes. The location is also great, just a short walk to the beach. Checking in was a breeze with a coded door lock. The only thing that kept me from giving five stars on the overall stay was the fact that the refrigerator did not have a water filter and one of the stove eyes wasn't working, but those are first-world problems!

We stayed at this property over the 4th of July. My sheets had visible stains with odor, comforters, pillows, and couch had lots of dog hair and made me concerned linenes werent washed between guests. The listing says 2nd floor, and while it is the 2nd floor of units.. its really the 3rd floor from ground with 2 flights of stairs. Thats a big difference to a single mom when the elevator is out. The real kicker was that I noticed bites on my legs.. and at first I wrote it off as mosquiots. On my last day it was so bad that I started looking around for bed bugs, and instead found fleas. As I was packing up to leave, there were live fleas in my bed and three on my leg. I reached out the the property manager that night with photos. They said "thanks" without so much as an apology. I had to disinfect all of my belongings and treat my indoor cat at home as a precaution in case of stragglers. I have tried to reach out to them several times to give them an opportunity to make this right, and they have completely ignored me. I won't stay at another iTrip property, and this one is a definite "iSkip".

The place was clean and comfortable. It had easy access to the beach. The thing we found frustrating was that the kitchen sink spigot was a little loose and wobbly. It was a little frustrating. Also some of the kitchen drawers didn't seem to be aligned and didn't close properly.

Great Condo!

This was by far our favorite condo at Oak Island. It was updated and very clean. Super short walk to the beach as well. The listing stated there was a Grill on the property but when we arrived the complex stated that grilling was not allowed, so I told the property manager to update the listing so it wasn't advertising false information. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location and stay !

This was by far one of my favorite vacations in a very long time. We were In a great location of many wonderul restaurants, beach access points, and shopping! We would totally stay at this place again in a heart beat. Loved the flow of the place and how clean and well kept it was.

Lovely Remodeled 2nd Row Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is very well equipped, with all the necessary items to feel right at home. We found the manager James extremely responsive during our stay. We had an issue on arrival, and he took care of it so thoroughly and thoughtfully that it completely erased any negative effects on our vacation. The beach is equipped with several handicap friendly entry points - which provided my sister with arthritis the opportunity to enjoy the beach!
