Great property!

This property was perfect for our family! It is close to the beach and having the pool was key. The beds were so comfortable and had real sheets, not the starch sheets like normal in rentals. All appliances were extremely nice and there were fun games and dinosaurs ready for the kiddos. I would definitely recommend!

Great Place! Great Location!

We just stayed here a couple of weeks ago and we loved this place. Perfect location for easy access to the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. Our kids loved the pool as well, it was never overly crowded and we were able to enjoy it every day. The owner was extremely attentive and very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. The condo was very clean! We are looking forward to going back this year and have already booked another week for next year.

Very relaxing vacation

The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. We had a nice view of the ocean and the pool. The Property Manager was amazing. He gave clear check-in check-out instructions, was friendly and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Beach trip

We enjoyed our stay . The condo was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Grocery stores are close by as well as ice cream and coffee shops. It was October so the beach was not busy. The condo is very close to the walkway to the beach. We visited a neighboring town of Southport which I recommend and took the ferry to Wilmington .

Enjoyed our stay!

Our family had a great time in Oak Island. The condo is in a great location and we loved having the pool access as well. I appreciated a lot of the little touches in the condo, having access to the pantry, the extra shelves in the bathrooms, the kitchen being well stocked with utensils and appliances, and of course the champagne!

We booked this vacation late and were super excited to find it still available. Thought the condo was super nice. Great amenities. Nice pool, easy to get to the beach. Good views! We really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend it.

Very quiet

Apparently the season had yet to begin, so it was very quiet. Condo was as described. Property manager was readily available. Cable had to be fixed but they took care of it. As far as food goes, I only saw fried so not sure if really good food exists. Very clean.

Relaxing with a view!

This was a nice condo with great view of the ocean from deck. Very relaxing spot. Conveniently located to several local restaurants and grocery stores. Pool was a nice option to have on exceptionally windy days on the beach. The beach closet came in very handy for beach equipment. Quick response from our contact person with any questions. Overall, we had a very relaxing trip

Great Family Getaway

My family had a great time at this condo. There is a beach access right in front of the building to the left which was convenient. It was pretty quiet even with the pool in the middle of the complex. Everyone was friendly. The condo itself was well stocked with spices, soap, and basic kitchen appliances. The balcony was my favorite thing about the condo. The property is not updated but it felt clean and the whole family enjoyed our stay. A bonus is that the owners have sand toys and beach chairs for use!

Great spot!

We had a great stay and would certainly stay again! The condo was well stocked, the walk to the beach with two small children was easy, and the closet for beach items was so convenient. It was a bummer to learn the pool didn't open until Memorial Day (this wasn't known when we booked), but the owners were upfront when they found out and offered a discount because of that. The condo is a very comfortable size, and we loved the balcony!
