Renovations included freshly painted wall, updated furnishings and more. Upstairs/WAVE WONDER: offers a spacious living room, full width of house sunroom, with brand new floors and windows, with ocean views and a sundeck, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 7 with sleeper sofa included) with exterior stair entrance.
Downstairs/SAND SHACK: offers a spacious living, dining and fully equipped kitchen area, sunroom (full width of house), and 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5). Ground level entrance, with no steps. BRAND NEW one of kind epoxy floors, and brand new HVAC.

$300 per missing or damaged A/C remote, in SAND SHACK. 3 remotes in total. They must be placed back into their holders. Contact us with any concerns.
$500/ animal brought to the house without permission. Early check-ins are $150, and Late check- outs are $150, this will be charged if violated.
Furniture shouldn't be moved. Any large items moved (couch, beds, tables etc)will be fined $150/item. If smaller items are moved please return them.

Family Vacay

We have vacationed in North Carolina for the past three years as a family. This location was our favorite thus far. The owners were quickly to respond to my questions, the location was a short easy walk to the beach, and the accommodations at this property provided pleasant conveniences. We would stay here again. May the good Lord bless the owners for their kindness and hospitality!

Wave Shack Vacation 2025

This house is as described. Very spacious! We used both the upstairs and downstairs units which fit my family perfectly. The house has some age on it so the cleanliness falls under “age””. Don’t get me wrong, this is a very nice house, and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a spacious place with great access to the beach. We made some great memories here!
