I stayed here for three weeks with my two dogs. I had a wonderful time. My house keeper for 6/7 days each week was wonderful. I enjoyed exploring the area each day and also the gym. I found the Boat House restaurant over priced and service very slow but otherwise, excellent staff and stay. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel sucks, probably unless you pay top $

We had to change rooms twice because of mold and missing blackout blinds. Got no help from the staff whatsoever. The refrigerator cabinet had mold and weird putty on it, my girlfriend had asthma, and it was difficult to breathe in the room. We got changed to another room and it was missing blackout lines, then we had to move to a third room to actually get some sleep.

Reception staff were very good and walking around the marina was fun. But this hotel is used as a major conference center. In the morning the lobby was filled with a long line of conference attendees waiting to register. We had to wind our way through them and through their expansive buffet to find a way into the hotel restaurant. We decided to find a cafe outside the restaurant instead. The conversational noise in the lobby was so loud I couldn’t talk to my husband without shouting. Deference was not given to the hotel guests who had spend quite a sum to stay overnight. I booked a marina-side room. The balcony was dated and rusty. Parking was an additional $40.00 per night! Perhaps this should only be a conference center with overnight rooms for attendees. As hotel guests, we felt like an after thought.

We love this hotel and it’s the only place we stay. Very dog friendly. The staff is exceptional and always professional, kind, and helpful.

I always enjoy staying here because Iove the peacefulness of the hotel property and the surrounding marina and bay. Great place to take a walk and get a coffee .

Great stay at this location. It was my first time staying there and I really like the location, it’s right on the marina so you can walk around the property and take in the view of the bay. I would absolutely stay there again.
