Very Disappointed

Upon entering room, it had a really strong weed smell. Had to open windows to air it out. Room 4217 is right next to elevator, very old and loud elevator. Made for a terrible nights sleep. This room should never be given out without a disclaimer of the elevator noise all night and day

Do not book this hotel through Expedia. They charge a significant amount every day to park your car if you book through Expedia. Also, the area is completely unsafe. If you can’t leave anything in the car, it will be broken into and the hotel tells you that quite openly

Bed Bugs!!!

Disgusting room - bugs in the bed, blood on the baseboard and overall dated and not maintained. The room was dirty and the final straw was the bugs in the bed - we actually had to move rooms at midnight. Hotel staff couldn’t care less. Their solution was to comp our parking. Do not stay here - it’s terrible.

We were on the ground floor and the room smells weird, both my husband and I had coughing and asthmea problems that made it hard to sleep. The staff was great, loved the pool and location but the problems with our room made it a regretable stay. Couldnt see it but our room was musty, seemed like they're might have been mold somwhere. Also the batgroom fixtures were loose and the drain backued up when you showered. Also we only had two smallish towels which weren't enough to dry off after our showers.
