Springhill Suites in Oakland didn't disappoint. Felt safe as soon as we pulled in. Beautiful and clean. Breakfast was on point. I really appreciate the gentleman in the breakfast area. My daughter was looking for waffles so he brought them out for her. He was very polite and happy to be there, just as we were. Our stay was wonderful. Thank you!

Top tier hotel. Great food at restaurant. Hotel room is amazing, fresh and clean, with all the amenities. Convenient to the airport. Area around the hotel is NOT safe, but hotel is very safe so hang there and you will be just fine.

Staff and facilities were excellent. Food in the restaurant was good. Property felt safe with easy and cheap parking. Be aware that there is not much around the hotel though (restaurants, shopping, etc).
