My room was very small, with no windows nor ventilation. It had no closet. The restaurant/bar located at the central patio where our rooms were located played music all day long.
We were at this hotel for one night. The room was ok but very dark and no windows. Bed was hard. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Location is good close to Zocalo and lots of restaurants.
The hotel was aesthetically appealing but lacked customer service and also didnât have hot water 2 out of the 3 days we stayed. We didnât get new towels daily , we had to walk to lobby and ask for them. Besides that , the location was great
The room and the hotel are beautiful. However I have a couple of warnings. First - do not pay for a continental breakfast at this hotel. The continental breakfast includes toast made from the Mexican equivalent of Wonderbread. Why they do not even serve a "concha" is almost unbelievable. There are "a la carte" breakfast options at the hotel, but you can easily get a nice breakfast a short walk from the hotel. Second, this is hotel is not suitable for anyone who cannot climb and descend a staircase. The building was built in the 19th century and does not have an elevator to the floor where the rooms are located.
