This is a beautiful, family-friendly hotel located right next to El Zocalo, El Mercado de Benito Juarez, and 20 de Noviembre. Included in our stay was an artful gourmet breakfast prepared and served by wonderful kitchen staff. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was always clean and serviced daily by staff. Also, the hotel offers an in-house travel agent, Sra. Carmen, who helped us plan wonderful and memorable excursions and was flexible with our family needs. While the hotel is in the center of the city, it is very quiet and peaceful inside. We plan to stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was excellent and housekeeping was outstanding. The only issue we had was the water in our room went out due to a plumbing issue on our last night. We were able to change rooms, but it was a little inconvenient. Other than that we had an excellent stay and will stay there when we make it back that way again. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful hotel. Very neat and clean felt like home with everyone being so welcoming and humble. There was construction that caused a bit of parking issues if you have a vehicle but this is only temporary. I would still recommend this place

Perfect location! Walkable to both Mercados 20 de Noviembre and Benito Juarez, Zocalo Plaza, pharmacy, and can’t leave out the bakery Mayordomo. Hotel is super clean, friendly-helpful staff. Delicious complimentary breakfast.

Wonderful hotel very convenient to the zocalo. The breakfasts were included and always excellent. We stayed a week and when some small issues came up the staff was very attentive. We’d return no question

We enjoyed that the hotel was walkable to multiple local known places such as shops, restaurants, and main center. Cleaning service was very good. We were on the first floor and there were doing maintenance everyday except on Sunday and it was really loud since our room was feet away from it. And it started early.

Wonderful place to stay!! Recommended 100% wonderful location within walking distance to everything. Staff very attentive and breakfast was amazing. First time in Oaxaca and loved it but having a wonderful place to stay made the trip even better! Will definitely come back and will definitely stay here again!

Checking into this hotel was a horrible experience. We were traveling with our two adult daughters(who had their own room at another hotel). The desk manager refused to allow them past the desk to help us get our luggage to our upstairs room. We are 70 with bad knees and there are no elevators in this hotel. Other issues were non-working air conditioning in 90 degree weather. There is also very low water pressure for the shower and water temperature that does not remain constant. The one bright spot at this facility was Carmen, who runs the tour desk. She is a wonderful person and was very helpful in getting us an airport shuttle at 4 a.m. We tried to get a refund when we checked in so we could move to a better(and cooler) hotel but the desk manager said I had to contact Expedia. Expedia did not answer their contact number or chat session. We were stuck without any assistance in a foreign land.
