Quiet area of Oban. Parking round the back was a bonus as on street parking is tight. Sarah was a good host and took care of us during our stay. Fantastic views from room 9 and a sitting room too. Recommend this Bed only location.

Great food and views

Great breakfast and very welcoming host. Accommodation very relaxed with nice homely touches. Lots of nationalities staying. Short walk to centre - Oban Fish and chip shop brilliant - lots to see and do. Views over to Mull from our room were brilliant.

Amazing Guest House

We had a wonderful stay in the Roseneath Guest House. The room was lovely and Sarah incredibly welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed it very much!

Nice guest house with very friendly host!

We spent some very nice days in this guest house. The rooms are clean, comfortable and lovely decorated. The host Sarah is lovely and helpful.
