My property is located near the Bodensee (about 9 km) and near the Friedrichshafen Exhibition Centre (about 7.5 kilometers). My apartment is about 55 square meters + a ca. 12 square meters large terrace. The apartment is located approximately half in the basement, which relates to the bedroom and the bathroom. The living area is higher, so that the apartment is nice and bright and comfortable.
