Nice place. One of the better APA hotel. Their pillow is good and I was tempted to purchase one of it. Please note that other APA hotels don't sell them except online. Edit: This is my 2nd stay in this property. The exceptional staff named 菊地 sure knows how to read my mind when I asked her for assistance! When I am back in Obihiro, I will definitely come back again. Car park wise, there are guide (from the pamphlets) make sure you ask the staff where you are located at and also use Google Translate!
