2連泊の初日に掛布団の衿元に大きな目立つシミ汚れがあるのに気づき、翌朝、フロントに交換をお願いして出かけたのですが交換されずにベッドメーキングされていました。施設が古いのは仕方ないですが、清潔感は保ってほしい。 清掃そのものや、スタッフの方の接遇はみなさん良かっただけに、残念でした。

フロントの方は親切で感じよい。スタッフには全く文句なし。ただ古びたホテル。昭和のホテルかな？　この日の帯広は気温３３℃　冷房が弱くて室温が下がらず寝苦しかったです。窓はあるけど網戸がないのも残念。窓の高さは低いので小さい子どもを連れている人は開けてはいけないと思います。　冬ならたぶん快適に過ごせたと思います。
