Yes! One of the water bottles was not taged as an additional charge. Opened the bottle before finding out there was a tag on second bottle indicating a charge for non diamond, gold, or silver levels. Also most facilities offer a complementary breakfast. Not so.

Hotel is okay. No upgrades were available for my Hilton Gold status. I asked if they could throw in breakfast instead. Answer was a blunt NO! I’m a loyal Hilton customer. Was a bit disappointed in their actions.

Hotel was nice. Staff friendly. It was a very busy hotel. I booked the incorrect dates and had to pay for third night and didn’t stay. Wouldn’t refund. I understand policy but we are Hilton members and I thought they’d be more understanding. Lesson learned.

the room was great and the hotel itself was beautiful but having to pay extra for continental breakfast is not a good idea. On top of having to pay for the breakfast the food was not even good the pancakes were rubbery and awful, so disappointing
