The property is very conveniently located to the beach. Easy access and close commute. The amenities, including pool and tennis/pickleball court, are also a nice addition. Parking at the site was never an issue either. The keys needed to be picked up and dropped off at a realty office a few blocks away. Was not as convenient as an electronic lock, but still reasonable. Property was very clean upon arrival and we were thankful for that. However, it is important to note this property is quite dated. The kitchen was stocked, but the pans were not usable. The fans in the bathroom did not work and caused the smoke detectors to go off a few times. The locks for the bathroom also got stuck multiple times. The appliances were all usable, but very dated.
