Bunk beds were unsteady and in desperate need of new mattress and tightening of screws. Bunk bedroom also missing window covering. Neighboring condo lights shining directly into room all night. Dishes and cups were not clean in cabinets. Washing machine filled with debris and lint. TV remotes without batteries. Would be helpful for a quick easy access guide to TV remotes, washer, AC, etc. Mid stay we discovered a mouse in the unit. Also High Point South management notified all guests that a recent visitor tested positive for legionnaires virus. Condo also has a sign posted at elevators that the facility is not equipped with a sprinkler system. That is scary, especially since the building next door was evacuated for a fire the first night of our stay. We had an issue with the door lock and the owner did respond promptly. Pool is only open until 8PM. Also the gate code provided for the pool was incorrect. Overall it was just mediocre.
In fact, the app was very irresponsible, it sent me the code to enter the apartment, the owner was using it and the dog almost attacked me, the owner is horrible, very rude, I don't recommend the app to anyone, I was taken and you didn't do anything, the owner threatened to call the police on me, I still stayed with my family because of your irresponsibility, horrible
