If there are any complaints regarding Noise, Pollution, damages or any other type then renter will be asked to evict immediately. No refunds issued due to evictions.

Maximum Occupancy CANNOT exceed the total guests per reservation. More people in the condo than the reservation will be subject to IMMEDIATE eviction WITHOUT any refunds.

Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

Parking is limited to ONLY two (2) vehicles. NO Boats or trailers allowed. One Vehicle is guaranteed and the second vehicle is first come basis. Generally parking is not an issue unless it is a major holiday weekend.

All garbage must be disposed at the Dumpster behind the `Compact Cars` parking area located at the entrance of the building parking lot. Simply slide door to the left and throw the garbage.

As a guest of Bay Front Paradise Penthouse Unit, you'll find an indoor pool, barbecue grills, and an arcade/games room. Bay Front Paradise Penthouse Unit also features a garden, laundry facilities, and a lift. The front desk is open around the clock.
