Liked oceanfront view and boardwalk accessibility for reasonable price. Front desk staff very helpful. Room was a little small--would have liked more sitting space but bathroom space good. Did not like TV situation--no guide to channels, no high def. Lots of slamming doors during the day as rooms around us were being cleaned. Overall, good stay.

Bad accomodation.

We where here August we had a good experience except for noisy AC. This trip we stayed 2 days we had a moldy room no one came to fix . No new towels, no coffee, no one came to fix room. When we called the last day to ask for a half hour extension. Jeff at the desk so rude. And didn’t grant it after explaining everything .

Loved the location. There were a lot of young guests that were drinking and smoking on balconies. Did not like that there were no partitions on the balconies and we were able to see the people right next door. The bar staff were very friendly and Jeff at the front desk was also Awesome.

Dirty and broken down - I deserve a REFUND!!

Your place is a DUMP!!! Zero maintenance done! Patio door latch broke so the room is unlocked. Toilet constantly runs. Toilet seat is broken and looks so worn it's NEVER been replaced ever! Chairs are badly beaten up. HUGE cigarette burn on sofa arm. AC cover broken. Floor tiles cracked. AND WORST OF ALL ... THE SHOWER CONTROL KNOB HAS A HUGE BUILDUP OF TOXIC MOLD INSIDE ITSELF!!! I have pics of everything! I deserve a FULL REFUND!!! Staff does not care!!!

The hotel was in a great location, near the end of the boardwalk, which made it much quieter at night. The cleaning staff did an okay job preparing the room before we arrived, but we did notice some trash left on the floor near the refrigerator. Overall review, we would stay again.

Very nice hotel. Quiet, friendly staff. The only comment I will make negatively is that the bathroom sink is slightly clogged and drains very very slowly and the toilet kept kicking on and running every 20 minutes. Great location, great price, and everything smelled so nice and clean.
