The reason for my poor rating is the hidden fees. Cost $10 a night to simply park my car. Not discount offered if I park offsite. Heard oet owners say that the cost was more than advertized!!

They charge you for parking and there are only about 30 parking spaces. I was never able to park in the parking garage. I parked on the street each day. I was issued a handicap accessible room which was an inconvenience for my family and I. They were unable to accommodate any changes. My rep tried contacting them several times on 2 different days and no one was available to take the call. Rooms are a little outdated which is why they may be building a new location. Pool was nice, breakfast was good

Worth the stay

The Hyatt was beautiful! Ideal location on the boardwalk. Our ocean view room was perfect, we had a perfect view of the ocean and city. They were so sweet, we were celebrating our anniversary, and they left us a gift. My only complaint was the internet was not working for our stay, but other than that perfect!!

I did not like being charged $10 a night to park on top of what i paid for the room. Then trying to find a parking spot was a problem. I parked on the street. I asked for and received a refund for that charge.
