Belle vue de toutes les piÚces dans cette unité de bain 2 chambres avec comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine, carrelage dans la cuisine et les salles de bains. Mises à jour supplémentaires en 2016 pour inclure une nouvelle peinture, un nouveau tapis, de nouveaux meubles de salon. L'unité a également de grandes télévisions à écran plat, des salles de bains rénovées et des chambres avec une nouvelle literie. Great Stay

We loved staying here from beginning to end. Great communication with the host and they’ve done such a beautiful job on their unit and we were so glad they share it with others. Great property, amazing views of the Ocean and the Bay. Secure and safe building. The pool was clean and the entire condo was spotless upon arrival. Owners have plenty of goodies in their locker which we didn’t use. Close to many great restaurants and places to shop, many things to do. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here and plan on returning here again.

Great location!

We had a very lovely stay at this condo. The view is spectacular and the amenities at the facility (the pool, beach access, sand rinse off station etc) were amazing. It was also super kind of the hosts to allow guests to use the beach chairs/umbrella during the stay. We spent all of our time outside and it was incredibly relaxing. I didn’t like having to bring our own linens/paper products but this would be less of a big deal if we were staying longer than two days and didn’t have a bunch of baby gear. There are things like bath mats, extra garbage bags, dishwasher pods, laundry soap/dryer sheets, etc that are typically included in other short term rentals that were NOT included with this property. None of that is required but it makes a big difference when you show up and don’t have to purchase large packs for just one or two pods or you last minute want to do a load of towels you weren’t planning on doing for a short stay. Overall, I would probably book again for a week vacation but would probably opt for some other rentals we have stayed at for a quick weekend trip where we want more convenience.

Beach Vacation

We love staying at Braemar Towers because of the location and amenities. This unit was clean, comfortable and plenty of space for my family of 4. However, the unit is definitely showing its age as there were a few maintenance issues that could use attention.

The best vacation

This property is very comfortable, well appointed kitchen, clean and maintained. The balcony views are fantastic that we ate in most nights to enjoy the views and breezes. We couldn’t pull ourselves away from balcony to challenging crowds in restaurants! Our 2nd wonderful stay here and will return again! Thank you host

This is the perfect spot! The condo is lovely and a perfect size for our family of 4 to spread out. Walk to the beach, cool off in the pool and head out for dinner. Theres not one thing that was not great. Morning coffeeon the deck looking at the ocean, a cozy bed, laundry in unit...all fantastic! My kids slept like rockstars. Bonus!..they had their own bathroom! Like I said, we will be back year after year if its available.

Braemer is Great

Absolutely wonderful vacation rental. Beautiful views of both ocean, bay and the pool. Comfortable and quality bedding, well stocked kitchen and well decorated. The building is well maintained and managed with lots staff staying on top of the property. Look forward to next year!

Great vacation spot!

We enjoyed our stay as a family of 5. There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The condo was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and especially enjoyed the balcony and the view of the ocean. The kids liked the arcade. We would definitely come back in the future!

Relaxing family Vacation

Everything was as described, clean, easy check in process. Owner was quick to respond to questions. We had a wonderful week at the beach. Amazing place

Everything was amazing from start to finish. The condo was exceptionally clean. The Decor Was a plus. Stocked kitchen with all appliances and dishes and glasses. Owner was exceptionally helpful with even the simplest things. Definitely will stay here again.

Comfortable, clean and convenient!

My fiancé and I put off going to the beach during the summer due to COVID concerns, but decided a trip with my Mom would be a great way to get out of the house and make some fun memories in a tough year. We wanted a clean place with a view of the ocean and we were very happy that we found this property! Mom really enjoyed the ocean breeze and view of the water which was beautiful. Everything was very clean, well-appointed, intuitive and the property itself was perfect for a nice long weekend. The beach was steps away and the dunes were easy to navigate even for older family members or those with some mobility issues. Kristina's instructions were spot on for check in and she was very quick to respond when I had a few clarifying questions. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean despite a windy and unseasonably cold weekend. There are many options nearby for food and we particularly enjoyed breakfast from a bagel spot nearby and took a walk to Northside Park to hide from the wind and enjoy the scenery. (this would be a great spot to watch the sunset!) We were always alone on the elevator (could be the offseason dates) and the building's outdoor showers/lockers would make beach bums like us very happy had the weather cooperated a bit more. This is a great place to stay for a small family with kids or two couples. Strongly recommended!

100% satisfied with the cleanliness upon arrival. beds were very comfortable... very nice view. The locker was stocked with beach umbrella and chairs. Nicely decorated. Would definitely return to this unit in the future.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Owners responded quickly (within 30 minutes!) to minor questions we had during the week. Comfy beds, great pool, easy parking/access, beautiful view and quiet location.
