Decorated in soft neutrals and beautifully positioned overlooking the ocean, this beachfront condo at The Pyramid is a place for uninterrupted relaxation. As you enter, you'll be greeted by an abundance of natural light, cool air conditioning, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that frame the ocean and lead outside to the shaded balcony. There's a full kitchen where you can prepare dinner when you're not dining out on the town, seating both inside and outside on the balcony, and a large flatscreen TV in the living room for your evening entertainment. Other amenities include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer for your convenience. The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a shopping center and public tennis courts directly across the street. Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line. THINGS TO KNOW A $40 registration fee is due at check-in at Pyramid building year-round. The fee Includes use of on-site amenities and one (1) parking space. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This property was a huge disappointment. I noticed in the pictures that it was dated. No big deal, we were only staying 3 nights and wanted to be close to others. But this unit was filthy. There were stains throughout on the carpet, dirty throw rugs that had not been laundered were matted and dirty. There were candy wrappers on the floors which meant they had not been vacuumed. This unit needs a deep cleaning. The plus, the balcony was clean and the view is amazing.
