The staff was friendly. Absolutely no help with the luggage carrier, including, what door to use since the front door had stairs.
The property made the biggest deal I’ve ever seen about smoking. I think every room had a balcony which is technically outdoors. Nevermind the property smelling like an indoor bowling alley with the smell of Christmas trees and pumpkin spice being pumped out on every floor in multiple spots. We still have a sore throat from the artificial smell.
The 1980s pink tub in the penthouse was great, we loved it. Although my anxiety made me sick to my stomach that the tub would give is a disease. That’s a me thing. Room seemed clean and decent pillows!Balcony was a joke. No partition and dollar store plastic chairs.
The worst part of our stay was the tv.
They advertise 75in tv. Sounds great! My husband and I were there on a Monday and looking forward to Monday night football!
The problem was that the remote did everything but volume!We had to watch tv at a ridiculously high volume. My wife who normally loves listening to my football was unable to nap and I can’t believe there were no complaints on volume.
We called and were eventually given a new remote that we had to pick up from front desk that worked on literally every feature…..except volume.So the tv was a complete bust.Overall, would not stay again because the front desk was not helpful and the smell gave both me and my wife headaches and sore throats.
