Owners recently purchased this condo and has spent the past few months doing a total re-model. This condo is designed to offer a stunning vacation experience. Offers all new furnishings, floors, walls, bedding and appliances.
Two bedroom two bath oceanblock condo features a 1/2 block walk to the beach, a pool and an elevator, a great mid-town location on 63rd Street and 2 covered parking spots and both an ocean and bay view!
Two bedrooms each with a custom made bunk beds. The primary bedroom offers a king and a single bed and the 2nd bedroom features a queen and a single. The king and queen are perfect for any age!
Guest supplies all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Non-smoking, non-vaping. Brought my step-dad and teen son down for a rock festival. Perfect location, Condo was easy to access even after we arrived way later than planned, and property manager was quick to reply whenever I emailed or called. Would absolutely stay here again.

The most beautiful condo I have ever stayed in! Great location! Was well stocked in the kitchen and the beds were pretty comfortable. Could use some small bath mats in bathrooms. Pool is very small , but all in all we had a great stay!!

Surprise family vacation

The impression of this property on the inside was awesome! Very bright, clean & neat. Inside was beautifully done, didn't want to leave. Would love to stay longer next time. Check in was the only problem for neither the key or the keypad worked and this being a surprise kind of messed things up but they straightened it out as fast as they could I suppose, is what it is at this point, over and done with. Will stay again for sure!
