It was everything I expected and more. It was clean, there was a welcome basket the location was great. The elevator was awesome just remember to follow the instructions that is listed and everything would be fine. Would booked again.

Beautiful home and very convenient location. Great pool area and the icemaker by the pool was really helpful. Short walk to the beach, which was very manageable for all ages. The set up of the rooms is great - everyone felt like they had privacy. Mattresses and pillows were super comfortable. Some basic signs of just wear and tear on the home (toilet paper holders pulled from the wall and a a couple stains here and there) but nothing that made us uncomfortable. The decks were fantastic and the family spent a lot of time on them reading or watching the wildlife. Overall it was perfect and we would definitely return.

We loved having a pool to use after time at the beach. Plenty of nice seating around the pool. Also loved the long dining table-our whole family could dine together. Great open kitchen that can accommodate several people preparing food. Spacious home.

Family vacation at OIB

We had a great week at OIB and this house was ideal for our group of 14. The location near a handicapped beach access was ideal for some older family members and for pulling a wagon full of beach gear. If considering a stay near 4th of July, be prepared for major traffic!

A weak start but a great finish

We had a couple bumps in the road but the home was so homey that we barely left, we sat around talking about old times and just enjoying each other company, it was to chilly from the storm but we still enjoyed ourselves, and the host was HOSTING, WE LOVED IT, THANKS SO MUCHwasHOSTING HOSTING, thanks so much..

First time visit to OIB

We really enjoyed our stay at Seascape. We loved Watching the sun go down from the front porch. The house was nice and big and was very accommodating for our large family. We loved the large kitchen table but my favorite spot however was the tiny porch off the kitchen. The pool area was great and the new grill was fantastic! As for my cleanliness rating it is because some of the sheets have not been changed or washed we also were missing, some pillowcases. The owner was super prompt though when we had an issue with the elevator, however we didn’t use it much because we found it difficult to use. Also, possibly putting some mats in the bathroom and kitchen other than that the house was great! Thanks we hope to be returning to OIB next year .

Spacious house

This house was large enough for our family of 17, easy access to beach, easy check in, comfortable beds, beautiful view on front porch. Chelsea was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Would like to stay here again.

Family getaway

The house was amazing. Unfortunately we had a tropical storm but we still had a great time. The only downside was the construction right next door but that absolutely was at no fault of the owner. We were all very happy with our time in your beautiful home.

4th Annual Friends Trip!

We reunite every September with 12 friends. We’d definitely stay here again. The pool/outdoor bar area was great! Plenty of space for all of us to hang out and room at the bar for our marguerita machine. Kitchen and living/dining area and porches were spacious with great views. We only wish we had another regular sized frig. Beds were comfortable! We did have some ants in kitchen but the host quickly brought us some spray and baits. Cleaners could have vacuumed better under beds and couches.

A new home for our annual family beach trip

This was a wonderful house for our family of 12 adults and 8 children. The location is just a block from the public beach access, but also has an amazing view of the sound and its beautiful sunsets. The pool has great furniture and a tiki bar as well as pool toys, which makes it lots of fun for both adults and kids. Plenty of beds and baths for all of us. We will be returning next summer!

Awesome House in Ocean Isle

We spent five days at this house over Memorial Day Weekend, and had a blast. The house is spacious and extremely comfortable, with enough beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms for a big crowd, but it never felt crowded. Kitchen, bathrooms, TVs, and mattresses have all been updated. And since it opens to 2nd Street, you don’t hear any traffic noise, yet you are still only a two minute walk to the beach. The pool and outdoor grill / bar area are a great place to grill burgers and hang out. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for somewhere to stay at OIB.

Lovely Sea Scape Home

Our group enjoyed our stay at Sea Scape, a lovely home on OIB. The elevator came in handy since one in our group had a broken foot. The home had a great living area but the smaller game room was also the perfect room for quieter moments. Since the weather was horrible we spent all of our time indoors and ate every meal indoors as well. We had a couple of incidents with appliances when we first arrived but Chelsea was great and had our issues addressed that same day. The only thing our "chefs "in the group would suggest are more large pots and large bowls when feeding a lot of people. The large dining room table was great! We had games going at both ends of the table while the guys watched the ACC baseball tournament. This is a lovely home and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing

Cannot express how amazing the property is. We have rented several houses and this by far this is the cleanest! The house is exactly as the pictures show. Chelsea was such a joy to work with and great host. The check in was easy and we enjoyed the start up basket and wine. The house had everything we needed and more.
