Walk in the front door and the ocean is already in front of you. The open-concept living and dining area spans the main floor, anchored by oversized windows that frame an uninterrupted view of the Atlantic. Everything was renovated recently — clean lines, coastal-inspired furnishings, fresh paint, and fixtures that feel brand new because they essentially are.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for anything — whether that's a big family seafood dinner, birthday cake, or just morning coffee and pastries before a beach day. The large dining table comfortably seats the whole group, and there's plenty of additional seating throughout.

Outside, the oceanfront gazebo is the crown jewel — shaded, breezy, and directly facing the water. It's where you'll have morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, and evening conversations while the sun drops into the sea. It's honestly unfair how good it is.

Lovely family weekend

Our family of 5 had a lovely long weekend at Bermuda Trace! The newly remodeled condo was very nice, plenty of space for all, lots of kitchen accessories, and the easy beach access was perfect for getting kids and all the gear to and from the beach! The only thing I would love to see next time we visit are some basic spices, olive oil, etc for cooking and perhaps a beach umbrella. The property owner was very nice and communicative as well. We will definitely be staying at this rental again!

This is a great place just a couple things: 1) Some of the beach chairs are at the end of their life - 2 were broken and had to be thrown away due to the cut risk of the metal, 2) The water spots on the downstair bedroom ceiling look like mold - even if they are not its not comfortable sleeping under that. other wise it was a great place and a nice get away!

Excellent location

Overall we had a great time. We did have to clean the lint out of the back of the dryer (filled the canister of the vacuum) because it was not drying. Drain/fruit flies were everywhere. Property managers were very attentive and addressed all issues we called them about.

Perfect place to stay

This house is perfect. Super spacious, organized, and beautiful. Steps from the water was great with small children. The pool was a hit with the teens/kids. The owner was very nice and was always fast to respond. We loved that every room had its own bathroom and the gazebo sitting area was wonderful!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Beach House

We stayed at this beach property the week after Christmas. We have stayed in a lot of houses over the years. This house was extremely clean and very well stocked in all areas - kitchen items, towels, & so many little details. It was even decorated for Christmas which we really appreciated. We so enjoyed this home & being able to walk on the beach each day in December. Thank you so much for allowing our family to gather & relax.

Awesome beachfront property to relax and have fun

Had a gr8 time with friends and family. All necessary items are available at this property, we felt like home. All the amenities mentioned in the listing are accurate and neat. Jeff was so nice and responded immediately when we have questions. Ocean views from Master BR's and main level/deck was awesome. We spent most of our time at Gazebo and at the beach.

Family reunion vacation

Great location. Short private walk to the beach with provided beach chairs. Would recommend renting beach umbrellas for shade. Owners very responsive. Pool clean. We had 8 adults and 6 kids and did not feel crowded. Large kitchen area. Upstairs comfortably cool during our 90 degree stay. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay Ocean Isle

This property was exactly as advertised. The response from the owners was always immediate. The check in process was easy. The property was very clean. All appliances are state of the art. The open concept provided a great environment for the three families that stayed. Yet, everyone had their own separate bedroom and bathroom. Would definitely stay again and I give this rental 5 stars!

Weekend Couples Retreat

The house was perfect for us. We had four couples and the bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, even had a crockpot and blenders. We will definitely book this house again.

Great Home!

Jeff and Carrie provided excellent and timely communication. The house was very nice and clean. It was very comfortable for 2 families of 10 people total. Great location. Kitchen had mostly anything that we needed. Loved the gazebo and deck off of the 2 upstairs master bedrooms. We hope to stay here again!
