This beautiful one of a kind home is designed to capture the beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets, and provides a perfect setting for a family beach vacation. Superb waterfront location provides direct, private beach access. Elevator to the main floor. Gourmet kitchen with drip coffee maker, blender, crock pot, tea kettle, and toaster. There is a washer / dryer, 2 refrigerators (1 kitchen, 1 garage), 7 cable TVs, wireless high-speed internet. Covered and open decks with porch furniture, including rockers, 3 enclosed outside showers, gas grill, EV charger and more!

Cooler weather doesn’t have to mean skipping the pool! Add pool heat to your stay and keep those vacation vibes going.



Electric Pool Heat: $75/day during the off-season



When heated, pools typically reach a comfortable 80–84°F, depending on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.



Pool heat is added for the full length of your stay, and since Mother Nature sometimes has plans of her own, exact water temperatures can’t be guaranteed.



Want to warm things up? Just let us know and we’ll be happy to add pool heat to your stay!



The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk.

Perfect for a big family

We loved the house! Great view of the beach, and we saw deer several times from the back windows! There was room for everyone and a big living room we could all gather in. Will stay at this house again when we come to the area.

Wonderful Rental

We stayed with 6 adults and 4 grandkids under 12. The whole house was well laid out with bedrooms up and down. The kids enjoyed the pool although it is small. Elevator worked well. Enjoyed our stay!

Great Weekend!!!

We rented License to Chill for my husband’s 50 birthday celebration. It was spacious enough for 6 different families to spend quality time together! There was an issue with A/C, but it was dealt with in a timely manner. We are trying to make a weekend at LTC a yearly gathering!

Spring Break Trip

Had a great stay! Family of 12 had beautiful home with perfect accommodations. One thing that didn’t give 5 stars was the elevator. Buttons inside didn’t work and was a problem due to the fact that my dad is 82 and couldn’t climb stairs and was one of the questions I raised when booking that was not resolved.

Overall the property was in good condition. Impressed with the organization of the kitchen. Everything we needed. Location was perfect. We really enjoyed the porch and proximity to the beach. Only thing is we could not get the bedroom TVs to work. Thank you for renting to my family. Happy New Year.
