Ordinary is no place to be. Our villa is located right in the heart of the beautiful Bahamas, in the Exuma island chain. Dubbed 'the crown jewels of the Bahamas' these islands offer a unique retreat that is quiet and serene. The waters are astoundingly pure and the blues shine through unlike anywhere in the world. Many of nearby islands are uninhabited, free for you to land on and explore the pristine white beaches, collect shells and do anything you like.

Whether you like to just enjoy the comfort of the villa's facilities and its beach watching the sun set and rise in the ocean or go around exploring the land and the ocean adventurously, you will surely experience the vacation that is in every way unforgettable.

We gladly welcome every visitor and will cater to your every need from cooking to organizing trips around the islands. There are several powerboats available for rent along with access to a golf cart at a low cost, that lets you explore the area in and around the Black Point settlement and of course the sunfish boat!
