This first floor Villa offers two bedrooms and two full baths. Two King Beds and a Sleeper Sofa.

This first floor two bedroom, two bath villa offers a large living and dining area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, screened porch, wireless internet access, 3 flat-screen Smart TVs and phones.

Bedroom A has a King Bed, TV, and full bath with a shower. Bedroom B has a King Bed, TV, full bath with tub/shower, table with chairs, and a kitchenette equipped with a toaster oven, mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and sink. This bedroom also has direct exterior access

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

No Pets Allowed. No Smoking or Vaping. Maximum Occupancy 6 Guests, including children.

Amenities shared exclusively by guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast include an outdoor pool. The pool is open mid April through October. Additional shared amenities include a pool house with a sauna. Outdoor shower.

Enjoy complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor with power hookups and a fish cleaning bench. Dockage is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please arrange for dockage in advance when making your Villa reservation.

Breakfast is not included when staying in the Villas and is not an option through the Castle Bed and Breakfast.
