Great hotel for location and views of the harbour! We stayed to transit to Trolltunga, they have a luggage storage option for free for hotel guests which is super convenient.

Very basic older hotel, but clean and a good location. Nice balcony with water views. Friendly front desk. Shower/Tub only had a half glass partition and water got everywhere. No shelving in bathroom and no hair dryer. Breakfast room large and airy but very dated. No pastries on buffet.

Great breakfast, recommended restaurants are good, lots of parking front and back although sadly none reserved for disabled, helpful staff, great location especially for shuttle bus to trolltunga P2. Great views from the front although noisy in the street until circa 02.00 at a weekend

Great location overlooking the Fjord. Breakfast is efficient and full of varieties. They even started the breakfast at 5 to accommodate hikers. Room pictures do not justify the room, very spacious for a standard room, even has a sofa and working desk. Bathroom is super clean.

Fantastic hotel that makes you feel welcome for your whole stay. The beds are comfortable and the view out of my room was worth the stay alone! The breakfast is excellent and a good choice of hot or cold. You will not regret chosing to stay at the Hardanger Hotel.

Good location to explore the area

Hotel is old, furniture tired, but the owner was very helpful and friendly. Great location though we experienced weekend nights to be noisy with people singing/laughing in the street in front of the hotel until past 2 am, not from hotel guests. Overall, a good place to explore the area.

Great location to stay in Odda

This is a nice property. Unfortunately the day I arrived the street in front was under repair and closed so getting to reception was difficult. Aside from that the property was very nice. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were nice sized and neat.

The bad: 1. Dated place kind of dormitory that was converted into “hotel” 2. WiFi was not working for 3 days I was there, some luck was in the lobby but even there it would disappear after few mins The good: 1. Staff was welcoming and good 2. Breakfast was good and I made a sandwich for my Trolltunga hike using their options 3. Location is beautiful with great restaurants option
