Dear Dima, Thank you for choosing Mozart Hotel during your visit to Odessa. I investigated your review in detail and want to say the following. According to the hotel rules all guests when leaving hotel should let hotel staff know, that room is free now and ready for preparing for the next arrivals. You didn`t do that, telling us you will come back soon. Later, when checking the room, our staff discovered that you had not paid some extra charges, so we wanted to contact you by phone, which you indicated in the registration form, to clarify that. Unfortunately, you did not want to communicate with us, having blocked incoming calls from us. We are very sorry that you recognize our wish to contact you regarding payment as staff rudeness and miserable handling of guests. We wish you all the best during your next trip.
