The room was reasonably clean and good size. The kitchen has cooking facilities if it's of use to you. The beds were terrible and very uncomfortable. Felt like sleeping on an inflatable bed, bouncy and unstable. Never experienced bed like that in an accommodation. The spa pools were closed. The sauna is extra charge. Reception staff were gone by 6 pm so no one to ask about spa pools or just local advice. Looking at the photos I expected a view to the peaks from the hotel. You can't see the mountains from there. Overall not worth the price they charge but for one night stop before carrying on driving it wasn't terrible. I wouldn't recommended if you are planning to stay longer than 1 night.

The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, despite looking a little tired. It's an older style motel with friendly and welcoming staff, has everything you need and is in a quiet and beautiful location.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff who checked us in and out was very courteous. A very pleasant stay! A highlight was meeting the friendly neighborhood cat.

Great place to stop for your mountain adventure. A 3minute drive to everything in the city, parking easy in front of the room. Easy check-in and check-out. Room was cleaned after the first night, beds done and kitchen tidied up. Very clean and had everything we needed. Gave us tips regarding where to have breakfast. Looking forward to stay again next time we're in the area.Thank you!

Very nice little apartment for a couple of nights in Ohakune. The room and amenities were super clean and the staff were really friendly. Our only drawback was that the bed was a bit soft for our liking, but you can't please everyone all the time.
