The hotel was good for the price, I did find some hair on the bathtub and on floor in corner in bathroom. The bed was clean but not to comfy. Overal it was a good stay for the price.

Not the best stay

We got a last minute reservation for 2 rooms. They said they couldn’t put us on the same floor. Then one room we were sent to had not been cleaned since the last person left. Then we were sent to another room, on the same floor as the our other room. The floors in both rooms were not done well. We did not have enough towels in one room. Pool did not open early enough and had no towels. Breakfast was minimal and not very good. Hall smelled like marijuana. Walls are thin and we heard every noise made in the hotel it seemed. Overall, not the best stay.

Wow Baymont

Upon checking in they ran a 50 charge on the credit card for damages deposit. Not cool. I had an issue with hot water in the shower. Had pubic hair in the shower. Floor of bathroom was sticky. Hot tub water was greenish with no chemical chart showing the levels. No Manager on duty. Shiv Investments own property. Sign on front desk reads, "will be back in ten Minutes. Assisting other guests. If you need assistance please call: (405) 752-7070" which rings at the front desk. The breakfast food ran out instantly and was never replenished. Was told that breakfast was an amenity not promised as part of the billing. Rollout bed had no pillows or sheets. I asked the front desk employee for a refund and he said that he was unable to do it, but if I waited for the next person to come in they could help me out. I needed to get on the road but decided to stay for the next person. When I told her what the first person said she laughed out loud and said all she could do is give the number to the manager. Same number on the bottom of the front desk sign.

Staff was friendly. Pool area was disapointing because the Hot Tube had warm water at best,and dirty even though they said it had just been just cleaned. The pool had hair and other things floating in it so I didnt get in. My room had some serouis floor issues. Made feel like I was going to fall through it. And the bathroom was clean, but you could tell it had been poorly remolded.

Was one of severals stops on our trip from coast to coast and was a horrible experience. The rooms was dirty and the worst thing was those have cockroaches and others insects. Please, don’t use this hotel, is a horrible place.

My experience has been great. First of all I was able to check in super late at like 2:30 am. I was greeted by a nice young man, who helped me finsh checking in and suggested where I should park in proximity to my room. The room is huge and they have dove cucumber soap shampoo and conditioner! No carpet super quiet clean and pretty comfortable beds. The water pressure in the shower is immaculate and the towels were plenty after a long 12 hour drive the little things count! Free parking free breakfast Starbucks and IHOP are within walking distance. Great value for the money. Book here like now!

Nice property and friendly staff. Towels were removed every day and beds made. I did see one cockroach on the door outside my room but other than that no bugs or messiness. Would stay again.
