We had a reservation for two rooms and when we arrived they claimed we only had a reservation for one room. My friend had to drive 30 minutes to Oklahoma City to get a room. We all beyond upset and angry over this issue… we doubt we’ll ever use this third party app again.

This hotel was perfect for my quick turn around trip. This is a pet friendly hotel so my room did smell like dog. I kept the air conditioning and the fan on for 48 straight hours and the smell never subsided. The tv channels were limited and the tv in the bedroom didn't work but I wasn't there enough for that to matter to me. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved that I could fill my bottle with water and ice every morning. Breakfast was good every morning as well.

Stay somewhere else!

When we arrive we checked in and were given our keys. We went up to our room and the keys wouldn’t work. We went back down and go another set went back up and they didn’t work. We went back down and the lady at the front came back up with us and the keys wouldn’t work for her either. Turns out the battery in the door was dead. They didn’t have a tool they needed to change the batteries so we just said let us in our room and we will be fine. We got in the room and it was gross! The tub of the show was all patched up. There were 2 bars of used soap in the shower which tells me it hadn’t been cleaned. When it was time for bed I laid down and the pillows smelled like urine. I just put them in the floor and used m arm as a pillow. I would not stay here again.

Kind and Welcoming

We had a wonderful stay. The front desk clerk, Shelly was SO wonderful when we had a bit of a hitch in our get along. She was kind and understanding and made the entire process easy and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just right for a good start. Nice offering and kept full and clean. There are plenty of close by places to shop and eat. Didn't get to try the pool as it rained everyday we were there and it is an outside pool.
