I took my husband for his birthday I decorated the room maintenance came and brought me tacks to put up my birthday banner everyone was nice from the front desk to the maintenance man Cody was the maintenance man's name we went above and beyond my husband loved his birthday gift

Not quite as nice as the pictures make it look. Funny beep noise coming from the TV or something like every 15-20 minutes. But perfectly fine if you need easy access to Paycom Center.

it was priced very reasonably compared to other downtown hotels. Although the rooms are showing their age, they were clean, the bed was comfortable, I like the fact they had a bar and restaurant at the hotel, the parking garage next-door is very convenient and attached to the hotel. for the price and because it’s a short walk to the brickyard area, I would definitely stay here again

The rooms are small. We had a 2 queen bedroom for 4 of us. The bathroom had no counter space, super small bathroom. The beds looked like full size beds. Front desk service was welcoming and quick. They helped us get our reservation fixed because for some reason Hotels.com had not transferred our reservation over to Sheraton.

Nice staff and quiet. Only negative was it was called a recently updated room and the headboard was VERY scratched and damaged so they forgot to “upgrade” that but kind and helpful staff
