Dear Risha, thank you for your review, our guests opinion really matter to us. We are sorry to read your disappointment about your stay. Our property has some objective characteristics, for example the prevalence of double rooms, that make it more suitable for couples or singles: those kinds of customers are the majority of our guests, anyway everyone is welcome. Our front office staff is always willing to answer to all your questions, throughout you stay; we apologize if you feel neglected but it was our intention. As you mentioned, the bus stop is 150 mt far away from the entrance of the hotel. The property stands in a strategic position and you can easily reach all the destinations by bus or by car. We collaborate with a local outsourcing company that offers transfer or car rental services. Our menù is composed by a fine selection of dishes since the quality is our focus, with a good value for money. We are sorry our breakfast service didn't meet your expectations. We would like to highlight we offer a wide range of products, sweet and savory, in order to meet our guests tastes and to give you the chance to eat something different everyday.
