Das Hotel war ok bis genügend. Nicht unbedingt familienfreundlich. Ferien mit Kinder in diesem Hotel würde ich unbedingt abraten. Ist eher für Päärchen oder wenn man mit Freunde reist. angekommen wird dir keine Karte gegeben oder erklärt wie das alles hier funktioniert oder was man unbedingt gesehen haben muss. Man muss immer weitere Fragen stellen bis Sie dir alles einzeln erklären. Bin viel gereist, aber dieser Empfang war doch speziell. Erwartung ist nicht, dass das Personal gleich eine Stunde Zeit nimmt, doch zumindest 10 Minuten. Schade! Gut: wir konnten etwas früher einchecken. Stadt ist ca 15’ mit dem Bus entfernt, ist eigentlich super nur das einzige Problem, der Bus fährt nur im Stundentakt. Letzte Verbindung 20.30 Uhr, danach gibt es keine Busse mehr. Man ist auf Taxi angewiesen und diese Strecke (Hotel - Stadt) kostet schnell 20 Euro. Besser Auto mieten! Das Essen ist zwar gut im Hotel aber nicht vielfältig. Sie haben immer das gleiche und pro Person lässt man schnell 40-50 Euro liegen. Besser in der Stadt essen, da es einfach mehr zur Auswahl hat. Pool ist nach 10.00 Uhr bereits besetzt. Frühstück ist nicht gerade mega, ist ok. Auch hier haben Sie immer das Gleiche. Das Frühstückspersonal ist sehr freundlich und lieb. Sie haben einen grossen Auswahl an Getränke (Cocktails) an der Pool-Bar, schade ist dieser nicht immer besetzt. Der Life-Guard muss immer jemanden rufen, wenn etwas an der Bar bestellt werden muss. Im ganzen war das Hotel nicht speziell.

Dear Risha, thank you for your review, our guests opinion really matter to us. We are sorry to read your disappointment about your stay. Our property has some objective characteristics, for example the prevalence of double rooms, that make it more suitable for couples or singles: those kinds of customers are the majority of our guests, anyway everyone is welcome. Our front office staff is always willing to answer to all your questions, throughout you stay; we apologize if you feel neglected but it was our intention. As you mentioned, the bus stop is 150 mt far away from the entrance of the hotel. The property stands in a strategic position and you can easily reach all the destinations by bus or by car. We collaborate with a local outsourcing company that offers transfer or car rental services. Our menù is composed by a fine selection of dishes since the quality is our focus, with a good value for money. We are sorry our breakfast service didn't meet your expectations. We would like to highlight we offer a wide range of products, sweet and savory, in order to meet our guests tastes and to give you the chance to eat something different everyday. We will take care of your point of view and your suggestions to improve the service. We hope to see you again in the near future, kind regards
