Villa Vittoria is a marvelous property in Costa Smeralda, Porto Rotondo. Located in a dominant position, it has a wonderful view over the harbor and the entire bay surrounding Porto Rotondo.
The port and the village center can be reached by foot, with a nice 10-minute walk.
In the surrounding area, white sandy beaches and crystal clear water, bars, restaurants, clubs to spend evenings with friends, groceries and supermarkets.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It consists of a main body, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a bedroom and a bathroom for the maid, living room, kitchen and terraces. And a dependance, with two more bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room.
Garden with Mediterranean vegetation, large pool with solarium.
Large laundry room separate.
Parking slot.
Services included in the rental price: a maid (who lives in the house) for daily cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, and terraces, and a gardener who, on a daily basis, maintains the garden and cleans the pool.
