This quaint condo on a dead-end street in Old Orchard Beach is one block from the beach!  Guests have exclusive access to the  back yard which has a block patio, a gas grill, and patio furniture.  First floor features a living room, kitchen, and full bathroom (shower only, no tub).  Upstairs has three bedrooms (BR1 has a queen bed, BR2 has a queen bed, and BR3 has two twin beds).  All bedrooms are equipped with heat pumps for air conditioning.  The kitchen also has a heat pump, and the living room has an AC floor unit.

Those traveling with family and friends can rent this unit along with 23 Ocean Ave.  Property is ideal for those who want a quiet beach day with a short walk to the Pier and amusements!
