This ground-level studio condo at the end of Walnut Street has spectacular ocean views.  Sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise and smelling the salt air or enjoy the Thursday night fireworks on the beach outside of this air conditioned studio condo.  This rental will sleep up to 4 people and has a 3/4 bath (shower but no tub). Walk out the door and place your feet in the sand for a relaxing day at the beach. 

This studio rental comes with a queen bed and a sofa bed, High-Definition flat screen TV with basic cable, Wi-Fi, community gas grills, and parking for 1 vehicle. There is a strict no pet, no candle and no smoking policy in force at all times in this unit by The Condo Association. This summertime rental is for a minimum of 3 nights with check-in at 3:00 pm and check-out at 10:00 am.
