This is private accommodation, and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There are no stairs to enter the property but there are two staircases from living room to bedrooms, and stairs leading out to the sun deck

Parking is on the street, directly outside the house, free of charge and plentiful.

• SEF Reporting - All rental property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). We will send a link to our SEF form for you to complete and return before your arrival. It is a mandatory and legal obligation.



• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this,
